Beautiful colours - it reminded me of a flower (a pansy, maybe?)
It hurts to read and see that. I felt the same way last night after a day of heavy overcast. I'm hoping for a strong wind and even stronger relief for you. xoxo
having been without my computer for a few days i am behind and just catching up. Barb i knew you had heart aches in the last months but i was never aware of that you are a cancer survivor. oh what you must have endured. i am so sorry but glad that it hasn't spread and that you have a good chance of beating this. the colors of your scarves are beautiful and wearing them made you feel a little bit better. I salute you for being so brave and courageous. Hans is a cancer survivor and i know what it is like for him to take so many different medications.
it must be hard that on top of all you take you have to take yet other meds for being a diabetic and for your migraines. Hang in there it can and will get better.
Poor Barb! I'm so sorry you have to go through that, but you have a brilliant (in all it's meanings!) here! I'd just seen this following picture, and then when I saw yours, it made me think, "End result"! http://365project.org/tifoto/365/2010-04-16
Oh Barb, my dear little friend...just got your note and didn't want to muck up your fresh new poetry page [back to that one later]... I know you're there, and I'm *completely* aware you've got more struggles than anyone should have to deal with! As much as I can, I do, first, go through the comments people leave me, to be sure to leave a note in return, but as I run acorss my other friends, I slip over to say hi and look at their photography, too. In the near future, I may not have as much time, and I hope I, too, won't be forgotten, but it's hard for *everyone*, I know, to catch up with everyone every day. I've said before, you're a stand-out to me, here, and I think of you often. So don't worry if you can't drop by some days...I believe we're sort of in each other's consciousnesses now.
On top of everything else you get migraines! Oh my, that's a shame Barb. I don't know how you managed to do this picture without throwing up. I love the effects you gave it. I hope you got over your headache quickly.
i sure hope you are feeling better miss you when you are not there
