Why do planned photo opportunities rarely work out? Last night the harbour was mirror smooth, lit with a full moon and twinkly stars. Tonight the clouds have gathered and the ants think thunder's on the way and it's a flying-ant day! I've experimented with using the tripod and a long exposure on a night light candle in the garden. Pleased with this one. Any constructive feedback and advice on improving my technique gratefully accepted!
I think the focus point should be closer to the lamp, because it looks a little fuzzy as it is. Other than that I think it is good. I like the warm colour of the light :)
@enlisa Thank you for taking the time to comment. I'm wasn't sure how to focus in the dark!! I shall have another play and try to get the wall out of focus but it's about to rain so another day.
