Money Spider by 30pics4jackiesdiamond

Money Spider

Unlike my oldest, but younger, brother @phil_sandford I don't enjoy gardening, I weed and dig 4 times a year, once per season.

This yellow flower plant was planted in the autumn, so that we'd have a small harvest at Christmas, but nothing sprouted until Easter and then they were the size of small finger nail. Now gone to seed with pretty soft petals and pushing the granny bonnets out of the way.

Didn't notice the spider until uploaded and this is SOOC too as can't be bothered to do anything with it on the computer!!
That's a lovely looking flower (what is it, other than a 'yellow one'?)
I guess I got my love of gardening from Mum - though wouldn't have thought it in the 70s 😜

I like the spider!
We're get pushed partners this week, and in your bio you mention wanting to improve your editing skills, so how about creating a fun composite image? (I don't know what software you have so please let me know if that's not possible and I'll give you another challenge!)

@blueace hello Annie! ! I'll look up what a compisite image is and get back to you!! I dabble with what's n my lap top and a freebie on www!!!

I love the light just catching the tips of the yellow buds and the contrast of the pink columbine.

@blueace Hello- I've googled composite pictures and got abook out from the library so I'm happy to try this out and I'll use the WWYD that is currently going on as my starter photo if you think that's acceptable!!?

That little spider was a real gift. Nice light on the rest. I also agree that weeding is strictly for the birds.

Beautiful depth of field and that touch of is a lovely edition. Really like that you focused on buds instead of full blooms.

This is the first get pushed I'm going to fail at. I am so fed up with trying to work out how to add layers n ribbet.com. I can't get the wwyd to load full size into the program so afraid am giving up. I have had fun thinking about what I would have done (adding the fountain to Highclere House's garden!) . Thank you for the push, but it's beyond me. :( Sorry @blueace

@30pics4jackiesdiamond Oh no! But at least you tried - I've found that it's something that takes time to get to grips with so if you have another go in the future you may have more luck. If it's a problem with loading a full size image downloaded from here, you could try with one or more of your own images. I've never used that particular software so don't know how easy it is to work with layers...
