I have never spotted this enormous mural in Chichester before, doesn't look new so I've just not been observant!
Her necklace is large threaded beads.

I'm often in Chi and I've never seen it either! I've even had a pasty from the shop on the opposite corner as well as walking along Crane Street where there are/were a number of very interesting shops.
