Faded Glories

Love a tulip and they droop so elegantly.

@summerfield processed a tad, hand held, foggy sunlight from window.
@northy could this be an ant's eye view of drooped tulips??

Beautiful white on white Jackie. I had both my Macbook and PC open and I can't believe how different this looks on each screen. On my PC it has quite a blue cast. :)

You use the crop tool, the shape drawing is for selecting areas for other actions; it looks a bit like two right angles superimposed. I tend to use the grid (further down the tool options) so I can check thirds (but there are other options - fifths, golden sections). Then lay that grid where you want it to go and fiddle around, click on the eventual result. (Sometimes I take one look at what I've got and change to the rotation tool as whatever I have is not straight.)

So very white on white. I often wonder how differently we all see the same image - my computer screen seems to give a different feel to each photo as I slightly change its angle. It was very obvious with this lovely image!
