These are Mr Hollywood's Cypriot Almond Biscuits, dead easy to make. It's been raining in my kitchen, and my two favourite baking books got soaked in the puddle. I'm reluctant to replace them as they're full of greasy evidence of love and use ( and the open readily to some recipes!)

I found the recipe on line if you want to try the biscuits/cookies for yourself

Hi! Yes, I do have a challenge for you for this week of Get-Pushed: Glass (as in material, not a drinking glass necessarily)! Make glass the main subject of your photograph.

Not too Christmasy Jackie. Lights are good any time of year. I was excited to see it was a Paul Hollywood recipe. Not so very excited when I read the recipe and realized I'd have to decipher the amounts of the ingredients. Sorry about the leak and I hope your books dry and are still legible.
