3D Picture

This is a 3D illusion picture of a country pub. It took 180 hours, 15 scalpel blades and four sheets of foam board.

It is made from 4,500 pieces and close up you can see the individual pieces, from 2m away it looks like a photo.

When I took the photo and checked on screen I was amazed how like a photo it is. Just 4 shades of artist board (black, dark and light grey and white) all layered up. Some pieces were teeny!!
