I was going to go back to look for the mandarin duck and kingfisher but it was raining so my exercise buddy and I hatched a plan to photograph the same subject.
Susan's is awesome! Tomorrow maybe a satsuma??!
Pop over to TheDarkroom where I've u[loaded a forgotten item
Well thank you all!! This all happened because @wakelys and I were unable to exercise together, she suggested banana, I said I'd levitate mine, which necessitated a visit to Google. I combined a few tutorials, as they were for Photoshop and I get bored with tutorials after a minute or three!!
This is what I did but I'm sure there's a better and easier way Susan used Snapseed.
I used two photos
I cut up the banana and made little tripods out of toothpicks to hold them up
Took first photo of banana bits balanced
Removed banana and took photo of the empty board
In Eff-inity I started with "empty" photo, placed other one on top and erased the bits I didn't want ( toothpicks and their reflection in knife)
What I'd do different? Put pieces closer together, and in the right order to have curve more pronounced. I wish I'd been more original and added some humour, but this was fun to do.

We're off out now to look for the kingfisher!
