Winchester Cathedral's flower festival has the theme 'Resonance' and every exhibit is beautiful. I had a few favourites but of all the photos I took, this oneof part of the floral display celebrating Carl Linnaeus, was my favourite.
Much vintage and modern glassware- felt the urge to fossick away this pretty blue bottle!
I like the blue vase and contents! (Have never worked out the logistics of getting to the Cathedral on a scooter, where to safely park it while using one of their wheelchairs guess I'll leave it for a while now!!)
Oh yes, I'd forgotten that sometimes they take the pews out of the cathedral. I am in social distancing now ready for my operation and I guess it will be after that before we visit and hopefully I shall be following the plan of standing on my own two feet!!!
