My camera club 'Big Project' is to gain more confidence with doing Street Photography, and for the first few months I am going to emulate (copy) Valerie Jardin's Life of Hands theme. Thank you @etiene for introducing her to me!!

Congratulations, Jackie, for winning the Artist Challenge with this image. You have perfectly captured the softness of the adult gesture. The position of the child's arms and the details of the helmet are just enough to tell the global context. Amazing work !

this challenge gave me inspiration for a project.
I'm doing a year of hands photos for my camera club Big Project. I've met some amazing people willing to let me photograph their hands at work ( this week a telephone engineer and the radiographer who performed my mammogram acting out pressing the button!!)
@30pics4jackiesdiamond This looks like a terrific new project. No doubt you will enjoy it and it will be a great opportunity for many interesting encounters.
