hi Jackie how about using the Miniature Effect or Panorama Shot modes in your cameras recording modes menu for a change . you can just use those for curiosity or you can add the concept of 'product placement,' shoot with a commercial product in the shot to look like an advertisement. eg, you might find a bottle or package left in town somewhere or something in your bathroom , kitchen or garden.
@kali66 Ohh lovely, will give the miniaturisation effect a go, never been truly successful with that. Might also try the product placement one a go. Thank you
have you got the focus band horizontal? that is best, (you can change it on mine). you dont need a skyscraper, i have similar problem in my town, maybe an overbridge or wall, if you pick a small subject its easier, this is one i did recently http://365project.org/kali66/2015/2017-04-24 i was only a metre or two higher and a few metres away
