This is probably the grandest of the six wells in the village of Tissington. The water rises beneath the structure, through a large shallow basin, into a second smaller basin and then along a small channel. It is thought that it feeds the village duck pond a little distance away.
A great capture of the well with nice light on the stonework and with the overhanging green leaves! I am so impressed with minds that can come up with projects like this! Fav
