Flash of Red completed!
A Big thank you to Ann @olivetreeann for setting the Flash of Red challenge and providing such an informative weekly post. It was so much fun and really enjoyable checking out everybody else's response to the challenge as well.
Another Big thank you to Rob @robz without whose encouragment I would probably have passed up the opportunity to participate.
It is lovely to look back at the month, the variety of subjects, lots of interest. Do you do a screen shot of the calendar to achieve your image?..trying to work out how you did it!
@rosie00 I searched the discussion forum and found some help - I hadn't done it before!
Take screen shot; open the "Paint" program (or equivalent) on your PC (I have Windows 10); paste the image; crop if needed; add the text.
I found adding text was a bit more fiddly than it sounds - I needed a few goes before settling on the final shot but it basically works like a Word document (ish)
@4rky Ah thanks. When I have done a year I would like to print a page of each month similar to what you did, put it together..sort of book! Just wish I had started in January rather than May!
