Blackstone River, RI by Allison

Blackstone River, RI

This is a bit of a fail as I forgot my tripod, so had to make do with balancing my camera on a railing, and then Aaron kept saying "mum let's go....I'm scared"........apparently there was a man who was not too far from where we were stood, and for some reason he was making Aaron feel uncomfortable, so this is one for me to re-visit when Aaron is at school, with tripod :-)

Fabulous without a tripod! I really like the composition.

Really well done. Can I ask how long was the exposure and did you use a filter? I want to try this kind of thing.

@spanner I did use an ND filter.......I picked up an inexpensive set of 3 from Amazon (I didn't want to spend too much as I don't take an awful lot of pictures (at the moment) that require them), and the exposure time was 2 secs :-)
