Flowers From Faith

photo 147
These are some flowers that my sweet little girl picked for me :)

This picture was taken a couple of days ago but I am feeling weak and exhausted today :( My husband just got over being sick and I think I might be getting it.

Rev. Fr. Joel Osborne it is all about working with layers in Photoshop :)

Treasure the moment...as you did, with a picture... I found a little pressed flower in a book awhile back that my daughter had given me when she was small...about 35 years ago... It goes by far too fast!

Thank you so much everyone :) I am glad I got a picture to remember. She loves to pick flowers for her mama! She is such a little sweetheart.

Lisa is right I use layers in photoshop. There are different ways to do it, but I like to make an adjustment layer (I believe that is what its called) and take the saturation all the way down. Then I erase just over the flowers so that the color from the original picture comes through. I think you could also make a b&w layer and then paint the color onto that layer. Anyways I am sure if you search on google or youtube you could find something to show you exactly how. I am horrible at explaining things so I hope this somewhat made sense hehe.

Louise that is so sweet and you are right it goes by WAY too fast!!
