Jasmine

No 4 in my 52 blooms project. This is Jasminum nudiflorum or Winter Jasmine and related to the white jasmine we enjoy in the summer. When I first started to learn about planting a garden, this was always a plant for winter colour to bloom around February....this now begins in October and is still going strong!
Nice shot of the jasmine, especially the bud!

It looks quite different from the jasmine we have on runners that currently are covering the trunk of a tree. Ours aren't in bloom yet, but when they start, we won't have to see them to know they're there! Heavenly scent!
