White foxglove by Cherrill

White foxglove

Foxgloves in your garden will seed freely if you leave the dry flowering stem in the autumn. I have been lucky enough to find one of my plants was a pure white one, no speckles or shading at all! One of nature's mysteries!!
Lovely shot ..... I have my first two foxgloves in my garden this year .... I must remember to leave them to seed now & hopefully have more next year !

A beautiful foxglove, I don't think I have ever seen a pure white one before. Wht is the little white flower back left?

@judithdeacon That's our pyracanthus, it is in full flower now but this is the shady side so not so many blooms - the front is all white in the sun!!

Sounds like I need to get a foxglove especially if they're self seeding! Love the pure white of this one xx

@psychographer Highly recomended! Remember they are biennial so buy a plant now to flower next year. Thank you for all your comments :-)
