Flower review - Sunflowers

I hadn't posted for a while - you know how it is sometimes...Then I read a post about someone losing their albums due to inactivity. I certainly dont want that to happen! So in preparation for my next year's project which I'm calling '52 blooms' I am using December to review some of my favourite flower images from the past few years.
Fantastic shot - sunflowers are so bright and happy :)

NO! Please keep up with us and don't lose your albums! This is lovely...so summery! That said, did you get the snow I heard about from Pam Knowler?

Beautiful. I love sunflowers. My auntie was an artist and she loved painting sunflowers, they always remind me of her.

@Weezilou Yes we had snow here in the east of England. Not much really but the media make such a fuss about it. Our country never seems to cope with a snowfall - schools, trains and roads seem to grind to a halt. We really need to look to Norway or Canada or wherever and learn some lessons! Once again thank you for your comments. Its been fun going back over some of my old photos and thinking how I'm going to plan my next years project. Hopefully I'll have time to learn some new techniques like you ! :-)

@Cherrill Had to laugh...it sounds like what happens when we get "bad weather" in the LA region! The news stations start tracking the incoming rain and the screens are plastered with "STORM WATCH!"... Gives them a lot to talk about and then we get rain for an hour! Of course the roads get slippery and people have accidents...because they *always* drive too fast and don't adjust for weather conditions! (In 40 years we had a micro burst that left the ground covered with hail...that gave them a lot to talk and write about for the following month!)
