We’ve been very lucky , this is only loss during the recent heavy rain here

I posted the same tree showing growing fruit on the 13th Jan
Oh my! I hope it survives. So much fruit on the broken branch.

@marlboromaam Yes I think the tree will be ok but yes there is a lot on broken branch .
January 28th, 2023
Such a shame. Is the fruit close to harvesting? Glad you didn't lose more than this
January 28th, 2023
I hope you're able to harvest the fruit- but some trees just keep right on growing- even with a broken branch.
January 28th, 2023
Tamarillo are quite fragile trees but the other bit looks ok.
January 28th, 2023

January 28th, 2023
I heard on the news that you had been getting a lot of rain. I hope there’s not too much damage
January 28th, 2023
Now that is a crying shame, what kind of fruit is that Dawn?
January 28th, 2023
@kjarn Hello Kathy we are lucky in the far north but Auckland has been very hard hit

@ludwigsdiana Hello Diana They are Tamerillos
January 28th, 2023
A tree tomato or tamarillo. Sad to lose any fruit these days.
January 28th, 2023
Hope the fruit can be used for something.
January 28th, 2023
@sandradavies Hello there Sandra yes it is

@loweygrace Hellothere Lois Thanking you and no I don’t think so
January 28th, 2023
How sad
January 28th, 2023
Glad there wasn’t more damage. Everything g does look quite lush and fmgreen.
January 28th, 2023
Wonderful
January 28th, 2023
The fruit looks great so nothing to complain, I suppose. Supporting that bent branch should see it back to its normal state.
January 28th, 2023
Are those figs growing?
January 28th, 2023
Hope you still manage to harvest the fruits
January 28th, 2023
I'm glad not too much was lost. Nice shot.
January 28th, 2023
Oh, dear. Perhaps the tree needed a little pruning.
January 28th, 2023
Oh, hope it recovers!
January 28th, 2023
A beautiful shot but a sad event.
January 28th, 2023
Sad view. We have the same problem when trees bear fruit well. The loaded branch breaks.
