these are so nice and tangy have noidea why the are called rock pawpaws though
Is it a fruit or a vegetable Dawn, very strange looking thing to look at. Do you take out the middles?

@happypat Hi Pat yes it’s a fruit you scoop out centre and eat also you peel and eat raw the flesh part or can stew

Very nice still life with great details and focus. They do look delicious. Have not seen them in any of my local stores though.

I like the shape. There is a fruit found in our forests here called pawpaws, but they are bigger.

They look like a cross between bananas and acorn squash to me! Nice shot!

It may be a plant that only grows here in the Northern Hemisphere.
