Busch Gardens

Amusement part is brilliant, it's a theme park and a zoo mixed together, this ride takes you up 300ft, turns you so you're facing the ground and then drops you... it's pretty awesome, however on our 3rd ride of the day it broke and left us stranded at the top for what seems like ages, although it was probably only a few minutes, we'd all just relaxed and were settling in for the long haul when it dropped out of the sky... it was quite a rush of adrenaline not knowing what was going to happen in such a precarious situation!
Which one are you at?! I lived closish to the Tampa one years ago. How long are you all here for? What will you see? How exciting! Busch Gardens is one of my fav parks by the way:). Super rides.

@Scrivna Sigh, seriously one of my favorite beaches. Lucky. I grew up in Orlando. Lived there 25 years. Let me know if you want ideas of fun stuff to see and do.

@alophoto sure, if you have tips we're just working out what to do tomorrow after the drive over.

WIll you do the Disney parks? Islands of Adventure (the Universal park) is one of my favorite. Great coasters. First Watch is an amazing little breakfast lunch place if you happen upon one. Very fresh ingredients. Sweet Tomatoes is an awesome salad bar, soup buffet place. Nice to get healthish stuff when travelling. Shop at Publix. Be sure to get a fresh made sub there. Sheesh, I'm all about the food. Sac Comedy Lab downtown is super fun. Improv. So so much to see and do. Hope you have a blast!

Rather you than me! What would happen if you had a camera on long exposure while falling!

For what it's worth, EPCOT is my favorite Disney park. Better for adults. And downtown Orlando is great...check out and walk around Lake Eola. Wekeiva Springs is a cool place to go for a cold swim. Have fun.
