D is for Danger! by Swazzette

D is for Danger!

Or it could have been D for "Don't Bother Getting on the Train". While waiting on the platform, I thought the sunlight, as beautiful as it looked, was making the world look a bit wobbly. I mean, it's not like we've see a whole lot of ol' Mr. Sunshine lately. Well, I boarded the train, rode it downtown, and made it as far the interior of the Ogilvie Station before I realized that I was having a "Silent Migraine" attack. (That's a migraine without the pain of a headache...just severe dizziness, nausea, chills, etc....all just as debilitating.) Bummer! Haven't had one of those for at least three years! Yikes! I ended up stumbling out the front door of the station and right into a waiting taxi for a trip back home to my bed. Feeling a bit better now but very sad that I was unable to go out at lunch today and photograph this incredibly beautiful day! On the positive side, though, I'm ecstatic that I was able to capture my "D" photo first thing this morning. Ha!
Love the contrast of the reds with the black and white. How perfect for "D".

Thank goodness you managed to get home safely, migraine attacks aren't the best thing in the world to get while you're outside.

Very lovely colours by the way! =]

i sympathize with the migraine, I've had some doozies myself..... sometimes lose peripheral vision... might make for an interesting photo - migraine vision - a blurred tunnel of sorts.

Great shot, the danger sign and colors are really effective. Sorry to hear about migraines. Mr Sunshine, we would be happy to have any relative of that family.
