Milwaukee foursome by Swazzette

Milwaukee foursome

I stayed with my Milwaukee friends on Saturday and had a chance to photograph their four darling doggies again, all of whom are rescue dogs. On the upper left is the mellow old man of the group, Winston. In the upper right is the newest member, Danny, who is a loveable puppy full of boundless energy. His story is rather remarkable because he had been dumped by the side of the road because he is blind. He's doing very well in his new home and has bonded with his three new doggie siblings, along with his two cousins, the kittys, Hurley and Tippie. In the lower left is the goofy, ball-loving, cuddly middle child, Jack, and on the right is his sister and second youngest, Daisy. She is turning out to be a remarkable agility-course performer and a wonderful big sister to Danny. I just love these guys!
Very sweet...they are adorable. Congrats on your 100th photo!

Beautiful collage of some special dogs! I love to hear stories like this. I am glad to know that there are so many people who open their hearts to our animal friends in need :o) My 3 dogs and 2 cats are rescues!

My instant reaction, after seeing these four gorgeous dogs and then reading your description, is, "How DARE someone 'dispose' of a dog because he was blind!!" Just outrage! Your friends are blessed to have such a large, fuzzy family, and they're a blessing in this world to be so good-hearted. Thank you for sharing your "friends" here...
