My Evening Greeter

Lately, I've been finding a friendly(?) face in the evening when I get off the train. This little guy always seems to be hanging around the garbage bins across from the platform and always seems to be as interested in me as I am in him. Or maybe he thinks I'll introduce him to Louise on her next visit. :-)

BTW - One of his front paws looks so cute all tucked up against his little white belly, but get a load of the other one...and the length of those nails! Yee-Ouch!
awwww hes so cute!! :) great picture of him!

Holy Moly What a Cutie! I adore this "In-your-face" demeanor the Chicago squirrels have (thinking, too, of Kerri's!) and I hope you're prepared to be his friend! Truly, as I know these guys don't wait around for their photo to be posed, so you got an awesome picture with nice color as well! Thanks for sharing your new friend. I see on my return I need to supply myself with a bag o'peanuts!

Hes fantastic! I have been trying to get one at work....this little black thing. He was super skinny when he started coming around...but after plenty of feeding from me, he is fatter, and much more "fun" to watch as he scampers around the tree outside my window
