Ripe, Red and Rosy

You can't beat a farmer's market for the most amazing produce. I found these lovely tomatoes at a little stand in the countryside of Wisconsin. I was particularly intrigued by the wood grain of the cart that held these big, juicy beauties.
Break out the toast and bacon; that's a tasty-looking crop! Nice rural-looking photo!

My husband is sitting here behind me while I'm looking at pictures and he says, "Boy! Those look good. Those look really good!" They do! Especially against the wood grain.

Great shot! I have to say though...I wouldn't go too far for a tomato...I don't like them one bit...LOL.

So late in the season to still have such beautiful tomatoes..............keep forgeting how much farther south you are.
