In the past I collected fleur-de-lis watch pins and framed them in this Victorian deep frame. I had a dickins of a time trying to take a representative photo and I'm less than pleased with this; my available light is limited on this overcast day and I tried playing with the ISO. I welcome any feedback regarding tricks for getting better-lit pictures in these circumstances.
The feathers, by the way, were from a peacock that appeared in our yard one day and stayed on for two weeks before leaving as suddenly as he came by. Living in a suburban area, I love that we ever have "wild" visitors!
