I really like the concept, but, I agree with you about the composition. I'm sitting here looking, thinking about what you could do differently. Maybe try just the peeps and not so many of them? I do love thier colors in the grass ...
Despite your uncertainty, from the number of positive comments this photo received, it definitely qualifies as a success! I think I agree with Denise, however, that the peeps are strong enough on their own and don't need the bunnies. Love the title and the subtitle (Who doesn't love peeps?) Thanks for making me smile.
At the outset, I didn't expect anyone to comment on this picture...as I said, poor execution of the concept and it left me feeling unsatisfied. But I take this year-long project as I would a class, and I hope to learn along the way. Thanks for the honest assesments; I always liked classroom critiques and getting good feedback. I may miss the mark, but I promise to always try for a personal best. I love being in touch with all of you!
louise, you are just the best. you give heartfelt comments to everyone and you're open and willing to learn. that's awesome. your photos are fantastic and i just wanted to let you know that i admire you.
Love the peeps! The question that begs to be answered.... did you eat them? Hopefully they will get to end their life they way it was intended... as a sugar rush in someones belly.
i;m part of a large peeps-loving family, so this would be framed on the wall at my house! (i kind of like the non-peep bunnies too.) whatever your thought process it's obvious that you took time with it. blessings
i loooooooooove the colors
I just sent off some Peeps to my daughter in England, so this pic also made me laugh.
