I'm laughing out loud here in Wales. Fantastic picture, arm in waist, his expression and than your text, can you help me up now please. Giggle. All for the photo, all for 365 project.
This is GREAT, Louise! Ken is such a good sport, putting up with and being part of your antics! Now I can understand why young children draw adults with triangle bodies and such small heads ... that's their perspective! And, it's ACCURATE! Yowza!
Oh Louise ..... how funny! Part of the wonderfulness of this photo is that we truly can picture you right down there on the ground, trying to get your shot. Love the perspective! You must be such a joy to live with!
Oh, and P.S. - I didn't experience a 365 crash last night. I logged off around 10pm Chicago time and TRIED to do something away from the computer for a little bit before bed. My how fast the evening goes!!!
hahahahaha! this was just what i needed to brighten my day! i can just see you laying on your back and then see him come and ask what are you doing? hahaha awesome photo!! i love it
I so agree with Frances, while reading your narrative I could picture you there on your back big smile on face, clicking away! You captured many of ours week.
Am laughing my head off! That's brilliant. So very funny and also so true about how children see us.....scary, or what!! My lunchtime is happier because I saw that.
To be discovered while trying to satisfy our 365 addiction. That's what it's all about. LOL!! I found out later yesterday, after I had taken my picture, that my neighbor had seen me laying on the ground in the garden. She thought it hilarious when I told her I would do anything for a good photo.
@ Autumn and Sue http://365daysintheyear.shutterfly.com/250 I'm not quite there yet, but working on it... ...please appreciate that my pants were soaked from sitting on the wet grass for the sake of the picture!
You made my day too Louise! The 365 project is good fun. I am always inspired by everyone's pictures and their intuitiveness. Two thumbs-up to Ken for being so supportive!
Louise, I forgot to respond to your note yesterday concerning my morning routine. Yes, the very first thing I do upon awaking is turn on my laptop, turn on the coffee pot, feed the cats, pour a cup of coffee and then sit in front of the laptop for about the next two hours. It's kind of pathetic, isn't it ... but I have a feeling I'm not alone in my routine. :-)
Re- Frances's comment - I do that on weekends...but weekdays I only get to sit there 15 min before I have to get ready for work...then at work I sneak in a few responses between classes or else I can't keep up....ok, here comes my next class!!! Gotta run!
LOUISE (sorry to yell but I wanted to make sure I had your attention. LOL). There is a discussion titled "NO PEEKING Louise M. (please)!!!". I just wanted to make sure that you are aware of it... and that you are REALLY not supposed to peek! Pretty please. =) You will find out all about it soon enough.
oh the old bones. sometimes i need help to get up too. I stumbled over my own two feet, lost my balance and landed right smack into the corner of the frame (only an opening as we have no doors . our living quarters have an open concept. had there been a door i might have caught myself in time.the doctor said that bruising your ribs hurts a lot more than breaking your ribs (which by the way i did as well by slipping when trying to sit down in the tub. both mishaps unfortunately happened on the same side. the first incident ws approx 1 1/2 years ago and the second one on March 25th this year. is is slowly getting better. But after couple of hours of sleep i get up because it hurts too much to sleep on it. oh that is life what can you d?.
like your wormseye view nontheless.
Oh louise, what a shot! You commented on how low I got for my worm pictures....Hioe I didn't inspire you to get down there!! Btw being a geneaolgist (and nosey!) where does your married surname come from?
Thank you for a double helping today! Love your comments and Saint Nicholas' always happy to welcome tour buses! We do have fun in church and the Sunday Notice Sheet often has cartoons and jokes. Laughter is good.

Wow Louise, Ken looks 10 feet tall! haha! thanks for your comment, yes we had a lovely day yesterday. I think we are going to make it a tradition, instead of trying to find babysitter and constantly watching our time, we might just take a day off work, its' totally worth it and very relaxing :))
i dont know why it took me so long to become a follower of yours. I thought I already was! Then when I was wondering why I wasnt getting your updates...you werent on my list :( anyways, I just wanted to thank you for all of your kind words. i have the flag because that picture was taken the day i picked up my husband from his deployment!! and they gave them out at the door!!! And thank you for the compliment!!!
Any one of us could be caught in weird positions for the sake of a photo. In my case, I'm usually caught by strangers who simply give me a stern look of disapproval. How nice that the two of you share a great sense of humor and can laugh over it. Nice worm's perspective!
Louise, that is so funny!!! And teh weirdest thing is that, today I had the same idea for a worm-theme shot!!! Good I didn't take it! This one has turned out great!!!! ;-)) And thank you for your nice comments!!!
Hi Louise, you are so right about the china thing.
That would be a great theme.
Take our old china out of hiding, AND use it.
Maybe a before shot and DEFINITEY a USING shot.
When shall we organise THIS one? :D
@Denise - that is hysterical about children's drawings. You're right! @Louise - this was genius. Now try this with the squirrels. :-)
like your wormseye view nontheless.
I'm just sayin.....
xo to you both. love it!
