This is "A Thank You Note" to my friend and neighbour, Billy, who, in his absence, has allowed me to bring home flowers from his garden. (Poor fellow is suffering a two-month stay in Sicily...soon to travel back to Malta... He's sent us some fabulous photos!) I've enjoyed the lovely little bouquets, and this, set on a child's chair, a garage-sale find, is what I see when I open my eyes in the morning.
