Upon arising, I have a whole day again in which to make my own choices...and I decided to catch up on email. As I looked for photos to send, I set them in a new folder to have at the ready.
(Rabbit Hole! Beware! ... and then I tripped and fell...)
My daughter had sent this of Bodhi in part-of-last-year's Halloween costume (that she made from old sweaters!) ...and I found this photo from one of my very artistic friends in California... I thought it would be fun to pair the two pictures and send it to her... Her photo was funny enough (that's Wellington, her son Shawn's rather p-o'd cat) but I couldn't stop laughing as I set them together.
@allie912 I had to review this as my recall of the many movements of the time had run together in my aging brain! I'll add the line I liked in the review that shows you know your art and you were right on target:

@ethelperry Oh, Ethel, how sweet that you should ask how we're doing...thank you! We've had the most wonderful weekend on the Bay of Fundy Coast (where the world's largest tides occur), visiting "The Force" where testing is being done to harness some of the energy, Joggins Fossil site, one of the more important fossil beds in the world (and mentioned in Darwin's book) and to Hopewell Rocks with amazing eroded sculptural forms that are exposed at low tide! Don't laugh, but I took over 700 photos a day...remarkable places & views! So educational, too! Along the way we met a lovely couple from Bern, Switzerland who will be in Lunenburg & are coming to dinner tonight! And SO...no time to post photos for a few days! But are we OK? Yes, indeed! (And I'll tag some of the folks who are kind enough to visit my photos, but with whom I've also been out of contact. I'd been wondering how to let everyone know! ) Thanks, Ethel, and the best to you as well!
@Weezilou Glad you got out to that area! I'm sure you had a great time. We visited the caves at St. Martins, Hopewell Rocks but skipped Joggins since we couldn't do everything. Would love to hike Cape Chignecto when we come back to visit Cape Breton.
