In Lunenburg from Italy, Opera Singers, Carlo Losito and Pasquale Arcamone.
They have been taking part in the Rossini Opera Academy, and last night were present for the first of two operas performed this weekend. (They have roles in Sunday's opera.) We were invited to the Cast Party after Saturday's performance, which was a delightful honour! Everyone was posing-for and taking photos, and I absolutely adore being in the presence of such talented individuals, having every-day fun!
Having been challenged by Anita to post 5 days of black and white photos, this lent itself beautifully to just that! Now whom will I tap to carry on in black and white? ...
@kerristephens@byleahphoto@ceilidh@aglennc@digitalrn The Sunday afternoon opera was indescribably wonderful! As they sang, the rain pelted the roof and windows and enhanced the intimacy of the "salon setting". At the conclusion, the sun broke through and made the afternoon all-the-more enchanting! AND...Pasquale told me he really liked this link and he has joined 365! How wonderful is that?! (He's "a bit busy" at present, but I'm sure he will let me know where to find his site!)
Oh, and let us know when Pasquale joins the site so that we can welcome and follow him (well, that sounds like stalking!). Glad you are converting more people to this wonderful community! Your opera evening sounded absolutely wonderful! One of these days I will have to convince hubby that we need to visit Lunenberg! :-)
