Before sunrise, Ken and I set out for photos. Though we hadn't reached our intended destination when the colour started to appear, we were in a beautiful location! I was so enthralled with the rising mist and the colour change, I missed that heron entirely until I came home and reviewed the photos. Of course I would have liked something closer of him, but if this picture is my trade-off, I'm quite satisfied!
Our morning drive kept us out and taking photos until noon! In the evening, our neighbours, Billy & David came for dinner and we talked for hours afterward. It was another of those evenings when someone suddenly said, "OMG! Do you realize what time it is?" (Take a guess... ha!)
@kerristephens@pamknowler Thanks ladies! Can one take *too many phtots*? I can hardly get through them all anymore, there is so much to photograph up here! I appreciate you two always stopping by!
This is gorgeous! fav. I often know whose shot it is before I scroll fully down - this is much like another ladies' I follow and I thought it was hers - definitely her style.
@linah Thanks Linda! I think it was you who had the mist photo that I totally coveted! I didn't know it was possible to get something like this myself! Send me the lady's link on your home page. I'd look forward to seeing her work!
Very cool, non-junkie shot!
