The Birthday Girls Whom Trouble -and then Karma- Brought Together
Since we discovered we share the same August 19th birthday, we've been planning to get together when Ken and I returned to California. This is your 365 photographer, Osia Strassner, whom we visited this afternoon after an "Office Party Brunch" with Ken's San Diego group. Besides an affinity for kitties, art backgrounds and a lot of joie de vie, her husband and I discovered we'd both graduated from the same high school in Tucson! The coincidences kept coming as we chatted all afternoon! It wouldn't have been a complete visit with Osia, not to go to the beach at sunset for photos, and there it was , JUST as she pictures it almost daily! What a gorgeous site and sight...an end to a perfect day, but only the start of a wonderful friendship!
(It may be evident, but of all the pretty photos we got today, this first that Ken took of us with Karma, was my favorite...I think you can see why!)

@summerfield Oh this is SO GOOD that you're leaving a note! Your ears should have been burning! We were chatting about people we especially like whom we've encountered and one of us said, "Summerfield!" and we both went on and on about your delightful writing style, fabulous photography and your skills in front of the camera as well! Yes, actually I think you should have been there with us...you pretty much were!
