Sue (L) joined 365 in January 2010 as I did. We enjoyed swapping comments, and, as she lived in Chicago, we met when we went there to visit our daughters. http://365project.org/Weezilou/365/2010-09-18 Later, Deb (R) also joined 365 for awhile, and we've stayed in touch through the years. We're so happy to have enticed them to visit Nova Scotia, and we spent this day sightseeing, hardly missing a worthy photo op! Here we are on Crescent Beach where cars can drive out on the firmly packed sand, and the few people there sun bathing, are back by the dunes.
Our grandkids begin arriving next week, and we'll definitely bring them back here. It doesn't seem possible, but they may love it even more than WE did!
@joysfocus I can't begin to tell you the fun I have up here, being able to pull to the side of the road to take photos wherever we like and to know people won't honk and just drive around you! (So NOT LA!) Sue and Deb couldn't stop exclaiming over all the sights!

@pyrrhula Thanks Ferry! This area is called "Petite Riviere" and behind us is an inlet from the ocean. It's a pretty amazing beach! Can't wait to take the grandchildren there!
That looks like triple trouble to me!! LOL Looks like you had so much fun!!! I would love to be on a beach today!! It's so hot here!! I can see it wasn't all that warm at your beach! It is 98 F or 36 C for you at our house!!! Love your friend portrait and one for the memory books!! FAV!
@allie912 Don't know if you've seen the buzz, but Vikki Summerfield and Bill Fenske are meeting us here on the day we arrive back from CA in Sept! I have a good excursion planned, one I've been wanting to repeat, myself! I also just came across a Haligonian (Nova) whom Billy seems to know here, so perhaps we'll all meet!
