For the ONS "Nature Image" my head was trying to decide which of the many beautiful choices I might make around Lunenburg! Ahhh, but Capricious Mother Nature perhaps wished I capture her darker beauty in a way, to date, I had not.
Hardly a leaf is left on the trees, and the ground is filled with colour where they reside for the present. This final stage is also one of my favourites: The exquisite skeletonized beauty of the bare tree silhouettes.
@stownsend 3:30 PM and the sun is out! Nothing but blue skies! Not the KNot but scallops from Adams & Knickle on the BBQ. When Ken wanted to know what I wanted to have for dinner, I said we had to finish all the fresh fish! I didn't care at all if we had left-over chicken to pass along to the neighbours!
@jyokota Thank you Junko. This time of year I'm drawn to the varieties of colouration, and this will always remind me of the way this day (and changing season) began!
@summerfield In fact, I just wrote that the sun has come out and there's no longer a cloud in the sky! I dropped some framed photos off at the art gallery and got into a lengthy conversation with the sweetest lady whom I'd never met before. If you (&) move over this way, be prepared to be waylaid (in the nicest ways) at every turn! At day's end, your "List" will still be a long one!
Way to go Louise with that positive attitude that we all love. I started to pour here, just when I was leaving the hair salon today and I forgot my umbrella at home. LOL
