OK, Grandma's to blame for the sunglasses prop...
When he told me he hadn't brought his, I asked Ken if he'd loan his pair to Ashton. This kid's a fish; I always know where I can find him! It's a hard-won photo to get him to sit still for me for a moment!
This may be amongst the final photos of those baby teeth... I'll assume the Tooth Fairy will know where to find him...
@aglennc@allie912 Yes , indeed Ken and I can't get over how fast he's changing! He's the tallest in his preschool... When I see an exceptionally tall youngster, I look and try to imagine that that's what we have lying ahead! And Anita, it was Grandma's prompt that pushed the look for photo-fun!
@joysfocus@bill_fe@emrob@taffy Thank you all for indulging this grandmother her shamelessly gratuitous brag-book image on a day when in need of photos without leaving the yard! I owe you!
I always say, Kids and water! They are certainly fish in their early years aren't they? My grandsons in San Diego have a pool and just live in it. Ashton must be just a bit younger than my youngest who is 6. It is such a fun age!
@tunia Thanks, Tunia! We had the pool replastered with a dark, pebbled bottom, and I'm also loving the new coloration, a change from the typical turquoise! Thanks for the thoughtful comment!
@stownsend Suzie, perhaps you'd consider coming over to SD when we "locals" (from LB to SD) get together. They're quite a wonderful group, and I know you'd all love to have you in the midst with us!
Great capture of Ashton with the pool looking good too! How kind of him to oblige you for your photo - my family all groaned when I got the camera out and refused to pose!
