Whatever this gift is that helps me commune with animals so easily, I'm happy to have it! Ken was watching the boys while I went on a photo safari. For the most part, I was alone with the flamingos, and, to my amazement, two stayed near the fence with me for quite a long time, When I let one check out my camera, it was time to capture the moment!
With the big Nikon, I got many nice close-ups, but this is the comical one that makes me smile!
@salza ..."IF"...I tentatively touched the beak and he didn't snap...stroked his back as well...temptation was too great, and Flamingo and I had a nice moment!

In the part we live did n`t have had any snow till now. Only the North part of our country has. The different in temp. in both parts was often 20 degree Farh.
