"Happy Birthday" to the Loveliest Flower in the Garden!
That effervescent, gorgeous, always outgoing lady surrounded by some handsome gentlemen was celebrating her 90th birthday this day! Ruth is a painter whose work is highly prized around here, and she has beautiful flower gardens she tends in both her homes. (She moves into town in the winter as her other home is beautiful, but isolated.) I must add, she manages to hold the reins on her sizable Burmese Mountain Dog, Tim, as well! She's loved by all, and now, a month later, I see I need to get my rear in gear and make that photo book of all the birthday pictures for her! She'll quite likely outlive me, so Carpe Diem! If I disappear again for a few days, I'll be busy making a book!

Wow, 90! I'm only hoping I can be so energetic and lively at that age. Lovely group of friends... (Love looking at the background, the shelving lined with all the books etc. I'm an album/journal maker, and am currently trying to figure out spacing for a new tall cabinet to house about 40 large ones in.......
