I was facing the window, writing a letter when I glanced up, and there's Miss Posh looking in the window at me! Never mind that she'd already been looking in from the tree to the left earlier this morning. Now it's started to rain again, so she probably wanted me to let her in ...
@cruiser hahahaha! Let's say, when Frosty was "Squirrel of the Hour", I'd set peanuts inside the door and she'd step in to eat them. I'm quite sure I have a photo or two of her back them. Not familiar enough yet with the 3 who come around, but we're getting there ; )
@golftragic She has a great little face, doesn't she? She really does look different from some of the other squirrels around here and I love taking her picture! Maybe she likes the limelight!
@danette She's a character! When I put the picture up, I was laughing again as this is just what I saw when I looked up from my letter!
I can't believe this shot....... You are the original "Mrs. Dr. Doolittle". Do you speak "animal"?? Poor little girl. And you don't have "squirrel houses" in your yard?? Question!! Why not?
You do have quite the backyard menagerie ... and for a pretty dense population area, too. This is too cute! When we lived in Laguna I was working in my office one night with the curtains open and had "that feeling." There was a whole family of Racoons at the sliding glass door jumping on top of each other to get a better view. Fun!
