Pam just posted a lovely photo of this 'berg (we're so familiar with them now we call them by nickname : ) so I'm going to show you what it was like to stand there looking at it! As we set out for the morning, we noticed this had moved closer over night. As we were taking our photos, these women joined us for their photos, one from Ontario, and her friends from Ireland. We were all so takenwith the opportunity to be in Newfoundland and seeing such amazing sights, we struck upconversations andwhere having a lovely chat when the car horn honked... Ken suggested that if we wanted to see all we'd planned for, we needed to get underway!
We find that fellow travelers all want to share their enthusiasm and local people LOVE to chat with visitors. This was not (by far) the only chat we had today!
*** I'll be forever catching up! The sights and the photos are turning out fabulously well! Bear with me, please. Ken suggests our first stop upon returning to Nova Scotia might be to purchase me a new computer... "Up-and-Running" is never as fast as it sounds!
Be sure to check out Pam's photos for different viewpoints on our days together!

@pamknowler@danette@littleconnie@merrelyn@maggiemae We passed here at noon Wed 14th, and it was shrinking and breaking up. We were so fortunate to arrive when we did! Thanks for your comments and for stopping by!
@seattle thank you Constance! Pam and I have many similar photos, but she gets them posted faster than I do! I try not to be redundent so sometimes I post the wider view. Have you been here?
