Our Lunenburg friends keep telling us about the snow piled high and deep everywhere, so I asked Billy if he would send me some pictures. If I orchestrate the photo shoot and he presses the camera button, does that count as a team effort?
I love this of the back of our house there. Gone is the construction equipment...and our new back deck, too, it would seem! But what I love in this photo most of all is the Christmas tree I set out there for our Thanksgiving party, already three months ago! It's everything an evergreen should be...and I'm thinking I might need to plant one out there next summer. (Yes, this scene has me thinking "Summer" already :)
Well the tree seems to be thriving on the deck in this cold part of the country! The color of your home is so beautiful with the snow surrounding it. Glad to see a photo of it in winter!
Your lovely house looks great summer or winter! Is the pine tree cut and still looking this good? Impressive. We have our old tree still sitting in the driveway because I couldn't bear to part with it. It still looks great all covered with snow... :)
So crisp and beautiful.....the colors really stand out against that snow! And, I love that touch of red against that indigo (or, is it periwinkle?) blue....Now, where is the kitty cat?!
@panthora Wow, Osia! Are you still on vacation? Thanks for coming by with so many notes I've yet to read... I was so tickled to see the house in the snow, I just had to share it! The "red" is tape over the light outlet... And the cat? Hopefully Fred has been curled up by the fire this winter!
