The Obligatory "Must Have" when Visiting Nova Scotia

(Oh, twist my arm!)

For Pam's final Lunenburg dinner, we had fresh lobsters boiled in seawater out on the patio. Our friend, Mike, offered the perfect seaside home for dining ambiance, and I brought the side dishes.

This is a meal I never tire of, and nearly all thoughts of lobster dinners are wrapped in good memories. This was another of those.

I am sure that you have wonderful memories to go with your lobster meals. I must admit that I don't particularly like them although they do have a lovely colour.

No salt needed here! We had lobsters in Halifax when we were there - thought they might be the same as our crayfish but they are not. A different texture! The looks a lovely place for an outside meal!

Stop it, stop it, I'm drooling. I just love our crayfish and these lobsters are their close cousins = extremely yummo.
