I have SO many views through this region; all lush with the recent rains, some hills like new-mown grass dotted with cows, some covered with yellow flowers or large patches of bright orange California poppies. I chose this with one of the scattered farms here-and-there, now-and-then...

I added a vignette, but did not alter the colo(u)r... I love post processing, but I wanted to share what it really looked like! Even Ken and I said OMG and gasped a lot around every bend!
What a beautiful landscape! So lovely with the rolling hills and those farm buildings nestled in there! It looks and sounds like a wonderful coastline to investigate! Fav!
@golftragic You'd better believe that's absolutely true! On a couple of my posts from this trip, "the locals amongst us" agreed that after the rains the greenery is brilliant! (By mid summer, the hills will be the colour of straw again!)
