We have a great friend for whom, every summer, I make a batch of cinnamon rolls (his over-the-moon favourite!) http://365project.org/Weezilou/365/2011-09-26 This afternoon I heard someone impatiently ringing the doorbell, and thinking that Ken might have locked himself out (again) I called out "Just a MINUTE!" *whoops*! There was Mike with a box of cinnamon rolls for us from his favourite bakery in New Brunswick! What a taste treat, and gratefully appreciated! We set the rest aside for breakfast tomorrow & Saturday before we head to the airport for our two-week trip to see the grandkids. @digitalrn I have a recipe that replicates the Cinnabons...nice, yeasty tolls with cinnamon-brown sugar-butter-pecans-raisins inside & they're gooey on top when you turn them out....very decadent! If you have anopther type (maybe even a link, please share! They're a bit of work to make, but SO worth the effort!
