On a day that was filled with both beauty and beautiful moments, I came home tonight with too many choices! We left the populated area to find a lovely beach filled with many locals, camping in tents and lying on a hammock strung between trees. There was some music in the air, but respectfully low, and (to my mind) well-selected...Johnny Cash, Credence Clearwater...that sort of genera. The atmosphere wasn't "touristy"...though I probably stood out with my camera! Families were sharing the weekend together, and when I took this of John and Dylan, there was a clear appreciation of the time we were spending together as a family as well.
I picked several first choices and showed them to Ken, John and Ashley. This was their pick to close out the day. On a slower day in the months ahead, I may select some others that got left on the cutting room floor...
I love it! Perfect for showing family time! A simply fabulous portrait of them both which I'm sure will be treasured for many years to come! It needs to be framed on a wall.
