I'd just stepped outside when I saw these gorgeous pelicans flying slowly by. No time to think about it, I just raised the camera and shot! This is a photo for me and my memory journal... I've seldom captured the flight when there are just a few together and I've never seen this many at one time! Not everyone's bucket list, but it was on mine!
Awesome! You can mark this one off your bucket list! Interesting with so many at once. We see several at a time flying together along the Oceanside pier area, but certainly not this many.
At first glance I thought they were on a power line as it's almost a perfect line. I have never seen that many in flight but did see many along one of the beaches in Malibu when we were in the LA area last April.
