Wasn't THIS an unexpected find! Once more, on the Cabot Trail, we went for a walk in a bog, keeping a wary eye out for the elusive moose...Now, three weeks after we returned, I'm finally going through some of my photos, and I was quite surprised to find this amongst the images of tawny grasses and grey weathered logs. There was standing water, of course, a bog-necessity, and dashes of dark greens and scarlet reds in the landscape.
...and now and then, blue-sky reflections on still water...
I am laughing!! As I attested to scroll down I was thinking I have seen something very similar! Lol! This was another delight we found on our Cabot Trail journey. So many different areas with equally beautiful scenery! How could we not stop? But where were the illusive moose? Fav for your lovely image!
@golftragic Thank you for that high praise and your many comments, Marnie! Your earlier comment sent me off looking up Volcano Theory, and what a rabbit hole THAT turned out to be! Fascinating!
@golftragic Haha! In my post-retirement years, perhaps... One could wallow into an internet page and never emerge for a month...and only then to grab a bite to eat!
