While the boys were getting all the sand bathed off of them, I settled again in the neighbor's yard with plenty of time to watch the sun sink into the sea. Amazingly (to my own surprise) I was partial to this early stage through the lacy trees.
If I actually lived here, I could take a month of these photos as my subject, watching the sun shift to the right in the days ahead.
@allie912 "Carpe Diem", Allie! Life's already becoming too short to waste a moment, so thanks for thinking of me in this way! You're very dear to me...we've spent a lot of time here together! ♥
This was my second best only because I`ve seen many beautiful sundowns on 365. Give it a fav, to as I love the atmosphere and great light colours and the nice tree silhouettes and the wonderful sun.
@gardenfolk Talk about timing! Along with Ron @stray_shooter, we've just set a date for our SoCal 365 group to meet at Union Sta for a photo day together! You've never said exactly where you live, but we'll all catch the train into the area. I'll send my email, and let me know if you'd like to be added to the list!
believe me, it's hard. i've been in the new apartment for 9 days now and the sunrise teases me every morning. an hour before the sky is clear and then i look away for a few minutes and the clouds have taken over. now about that moon rise.
i love the tree silhouttes and that golden colour, so romantic, don't you think?
@summerfield Of about 15 shots over 10 minutes, this first one was my favourite for the framing. Also, I already had a "sun sinking in the ocean" image earlier this week : ) Ask me how much I'm loving the choices when we come here!
