This is in response to get pushed 10 challenge. The challenge was to take 'a high contrast black and white photograph of someone/something you love' set by @jjefferies
So in my response I have this. I love traveling, hence a beach in New Zealand, I love my family, hence my son as subject and I love the beach. In addition there are some birds thrown in for good measure :-)
Apologies to everyone for not viewing and commenting on your awesome shots. Limited internet and a mini laptop combine to make it difficult for me to do it. Luckily I have an old version of PS on this mini to do some basic processing.
its great abhijit. i like the leading lines to ur subject, and i love the reflective effect of the wet sand, it really elavates the image. i was confused by ur sons head though! it kinda looked see-through when viewing in small, but closer examination on large it seems to be a white hat?! this is best viewed large with the black background i think. great job :)
