@david68 I find it pretty easy to get the lighting right with low light shots. I only took about 4-5 shots of this. First one was very bright so it gave me a fair idea what I needed to do
this is nice, ab. so now the question begs to be asked: what did you do to get that effect, like you just wiped a part of a glass window so you have the centre clear and all. i love the resulting effect. very clever.
@summerfield Nothing so clever. Just a shallow depth of field and focus on the burning sparkler rod instead of the sparks. fairly fast shutter speed so the burning part is not over exposed
